* **Buyout Update (pace)**
  * contract signed!
  * most assets/keys transferred, a few remain
  * Pace is very happy and optimistic
  * royalties were already updated, mint authority now updated, GGSG Twitter has been delivered
* **Committees**
  * Legal / Gov (Cryptosnatcher)
    * Current thinking on governance structure:
      * Role is to make decisions on matters that initially won’t be going for DAO vote
      * council size: 5, term of 2-3 months
      * council election details coming soon
      * goals: agility & representation
  * Strategy (C & Sterrling)
    * lots of ideas being considered
    * avoiding supply inflation is a primary concern
* **Fun Stuff (1E)**
  * Gecko Week
    * one fun/hype announcement every day
    * some days will be a surprise
    * can reveal:
      * IP law workshop with Givvy on Tuesday
      * 2 joint hangouts (Ancestors, Secret Sphinx Society)
  * Alpha Art
    * mutual support
    * joint Twitter spaces in the near future
